▪6:30 pm – FDR Memorial, World War II Memorial,

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial

Behavior Contract“SAMPLE”

Behavior Agreement: Any student who receives two (2) “MAJOR” discipline referrals or the equivalent between January 10th , 2016 and June 8th, 2016 may be excluded from the trip. Three (3) “MINOR” discipline referrals are equivalent to one (1) “MAJOR.”

Exclusion from the trip is subject to administrator discretion.

If a student is suspended out of school between the dates listed above he or she will automatically be excluded from the trip. The amount of refund to the parents/guardians will be determined by the tour company.
