Ball Bearing Rotating Endurance Test

To simulate failure, quality and reliability of the ball bearing elements load, speed and forces in axial and radial direction, friction of bearing to be verified by using torque transducer, speed transducer and temperature sensor. An external axial and radial charge is realized by actuating pneumatic pressure into device’s house. And the force applied it to be controlled precision rate by precision regulator. Lubrication chamber to be used to controls the

bearing temperature. The testing rolling bearings are lubricated by oil-mist lubrication, realized by a separated oil-mist device. An optional vibration sensor on the spindle is used to

determine the bearing failure. Calibration of this sensor need to be made for each type of hub assembly tested to accurately account for any background noise. A temperature sensor can be used to detect the bearing failure caused by excessive heat generation. Sound noise, vibration sound insulation shall be tested with optional instrument and sensors.

Test Fixture The test fixture consists of a shaft with a hub mounted on one end and a load absorber on the

other.

Load Application Pneumatic servo actuators mounted at radial and axle direction under the test bench are used to provide the required to actuate rotational torque and speed. Rotational Torque Load cells are installed for the feedback of the bearing forces to the controller. The tester is programmed to test for a variety of friction load capacities.

Control System The control system considered for the bearing tester center around a programmable controller. Monitors the shaft speed, once the desired speed is achieved the loading process begins. An optional vibration sensor on the spindle is used to determine the bearing failure. Belt Test

Introduction This testing equipment will be use to test performance, environment and durability of the belt

elements of the washing machine. To simulate failure, quality and reliability of elements load speed and forces to the belt in the thermal chamber, it will be evaluated assurance of it. Also sound noise, vibration, friction of belt by sound insulation shall be tested with optional instrument and sensors.

Design The washing mc belt elements test equipment involves the

fixture of shaft and bearing adaptor and slide plate for mounting test specimens. This equipment shall be used servo motor to control speed and stepping motor to control tension load of belt. The environment condition will be simulated by the thermal chamber. The tension loads 0 to 500N. The operated speed is

variable 0 to 1,000 rpm, and temperature to be -20 to 80℃.

Test Fixture The test fixture consists of a shaft with a hub mounted on

one end and a pulley on the other. The fixture is provided with a special bearing hub and spindle assembly.

Load Application Electric servo motors mounted under the test bench are used to provide the required to actuate rotational torque and speed through bearing, shaft and belt. This load is transmitted through an actuator that is designed to carry tension load. Load cells are installed in line with the cylinders for the feedback of the bearing forces to the

controller. The tester is programmed to test for a variety of load capacities.

Actuator System The design requires a background in electric motors including eng and parts selection of gears.

Control System The control system considered

Damper Test

Introduction Damper test equipment is used to test one or

multiple damping force proportional to the speed of shaft movement. This is a machine that compresses and extends a damper at known speeds and measure the forces produced by the damper. The form of a damp test machine constructed a frame holding an electric motor with a drive reducing gear that spins a crank attached to the damper shaft through a linear bearing. Bolt holes in the crank allow several different stroke lengths.

On the top, there is placed a load cell, which measures the damper force and movement is measured using a displacement sensor. This machine is tested for several spin velocities, from rated to 200rpm. The possible stroke setting is 0 to 25mm.

After an initial user-defined compression, software calculates hundreds of instantaneous spring rates during a controlled release of the spring through the test and preload ranges. The instrument has an RS232 interface, optional memory card reader or USB to store the results on a computer. The overload protecting function can make the machine safe. It can hold the peak value. The load display can be translated among Newton(N), Kilogram(Kg) and Pound(Lb). Force

Spring Test KS Testing’s Digital Display Tension& Compression Testing

Machine is a new spring testing instrument, which is adapted to almost kinds of tension & compression spring test. Motorized spring performance test stand, fixed plate and adjustable plate, this unit can be used to test one or multiple low capacity tension and compression springs. The command automatically determines the origin of the displacements and then stops the machine at a predetermined flexion value to measure the height under load.

Shaft Test SHAFT, BEARING VIBRATION, UNBALANCE TEST RIG

The washing machine work cycle can be divided into several stages, and according to vibrations it is depending majority on the rotational speed of the drum and the unbalanced loads. This test bench unit includes a vibration-damped workholder plate, a speed-controlled drive motor with a tachometer, mass discs and bearing units, a coupling and balancing weights. The speed range involved during the cycle of normal washing machines is from 0 to 1200-1800 rpm. This washing machine door test machine can be used to determine whether or not the door could function for a certain time period, or how long it will last before it fails.
