As many know, our parking lot gets CROWDED in the afternoons. We would request that people park in one of the designated parking spots or around the perimeter of the parking lot. Please do not leave your vehicle unattended in the parking lot in such a way that it is either blocking bus traffic or blocking people in parking spots. There have been several issues in this regard brought to my attention lately and I hope we can all come together and use our...parking lot manners? Is that a thing? If not, it is now! I know we are all in a hurry and it can be very stressful in our small parking lot in the afternoon, but I hope we can be conscientious and empathetic to how we may be impacting those around us. Flossing isn’t easy. But practice makes perfect!
Here’s how the American Dental Association describes the process:
* Start with about 18 inches of floss. Wrap most of it around the middle finger of one hand, the rest around the other middle finger. * Grasp the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers, and use a gentle shoeshine motion to guide it between teeth. * When the floss reaches the gum line, form a C shape to follow the contours of the tooth. * Hold the floss firmly against the tooth, and move the floss gently up and down. * Repeat with the other tooth, and then repeat the entire process with the rest of your teeth, “unspooling” fresh sections of floss as you go along.
And…don’t forget to floss the back of your last molars.
