What is a warm up?
Definition: A warm-up is a gentle, slow exercise at the beginning of a workout, P.E session or sporting competition.
WHY?Objectives
Prepares the body for exercises or competitions
Prevent possible injuries
WHEN?
Before doing any physical activities or sports

-Dinamic or aerobic part
HOW DO YOU TRAIN?1
Remember to:
Begin with continuous running-2 minutes-The exercise goes from less to more intense for example butt kickers to progressive running-After four exercises, walk on your toes or heels-Each exercise of the general warm-up will take 20 seconds.
Always finish the warm up with a speed race .
