MISSION 1: INVASIVE PROCEDURES *** READ THE ENTIRE SCENARIO BEFORE SETTING UP ***

DEPLOYMENT

• Players roll a die and the winner places the first piece of Terrain, players alternate until all pieces are placed.

• Starting with the player who placed the second piece of terrain players alternate placing 3 objectives following the normal rules

• Determine Leader Traits per the Kill Team Rules • Players roll off and the winner may choose to

deploy first or second. The player who deploys first takes the first turn unless their opponent seizes the Initiative.

MISSION SPECIAL RULES Night Fighting

Variable Game Length

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES Primary Objectives: Each player receives 1 Victory Point for each primary objective controlled at the end of the game.

SECONDARY OBJECTIVES 1. Slay the Leader: If, at the end of the game, the

enemy's Kill Team Leader has been removed as a casualty, you achieve this objective.

2. First Blood: The first unit, of any kind, to be removed as a casualty during the game achieves this objective for the opposing player at the end of the game.

3. Linebreaker: If, at the end of the game, you have at least one model completely within the enemy’s deployment zone, you achieve this objective.

4. Break the Enemy: If, at the end of the game, you have destroyed more than half of your opponent’s models, you achieve this objective.

Each Secondary Objective achieved

is worth 1 Victory Point.

VICTORY CONDITIONS Players total their points at the end of the game; the winner is the player with the higher point total.

In the case of a wipe out the winning player is awarded all primary objective points, and any applicable secondary objectives earned normally. The losing player earns any secondary objectives earned normally.

Codex Daemons: The Warp Storm Special Rule is not used. Replace Daemonic Instability with Fearless.

Codex Cult Mechanicus: Canticles of the Omnissiah are not used.

Codex Orks: The Mob special rule is not used.
