• Control Urban Growth Peter will defend official plans from development appeals to protect stable neighbourhoods

• Make Growth Pay for Itself Peter will keep defending the principle that developers should pay for the full cost of roads, facilities, water and sewer systems for new development instead of being paid for by your taxes

• Fight Local Speeding Peter supports traffic calming projects for safety on local roads like Westoak Trails, Pine Glen and Pilgrims Way

• Support Safe Communities Peter will work with Halton Region Police Services, municipal staff and local residents to address community safety concerns
