Room Options:

•Wild Parties must be booked at least 3 weeks inadvance and Zoo-It-Yourself parties must bebooked at least 1 week in advance.•A Birthday Party contract must be turned infollowing party approval. • Birthday Parties are not considered booked untilthe 50% deposit  has been paid. • Final payment must be paid in full at least (7)business days prior to the party date. • A final guest count is required with finalpayment (7) business days prior to the party date. • You are able to bring in your own birthday cakeor cupcakes for your party. • Birthday Parties are rain or shine. • Creekside Canopy can fit up to 35 guests • Rendezoo Room can fit up to 120 guest • The Hogle Zoo is not responsible for lost or stolenitems or birthday gifts. • The Zoo does not have a secure place to storeyour gifts. Please collect them and store them inyour vehicle.•Space is limited, so reserve your party today! Allparties take place rain or shine*Suggested party ages: 3-12 years old

Family Sized PizzaPizza is cut into 16 slices. You can choose either cheese or

pepperoni. If you would like more than 1 pizza, eachadditional pizza is $23. You are welcome to switch out thepizza for other foods listed in the "add-on" section, or you

can swap out the pizza for snack vouchers. *Additional fees may be applied if other items are used.

Birthday Gift for the Birthday Child /Take Home Gifts for the Other Children

Your child will be given one of our Hogle ZootiquePlushy animals, the other children in the partywill be given take home gifts that include a fun

activity sheet and a small Zoo gift.

Your birthday party ambassador will greet you atguest services to answer any last minute questionsor concerns you may have. Your party will then be

walked down to your rental space.

convenience and flexibility of booking your birthday party on any daythe Zoo is open & any time durning park hours.

Parking: There is no charge to park in the Zoo parking lots. Some limited street parking is allowed on SunnysideAvenue. Note: Availability and parking in close proximity cannot be guaranteed and the Zoo is not responsiblefor any damage that may occur to your vehicle.   Admission Tickets: Final ticket counts are due no later than (7) days prior to the event. If additional tickets areneeded, host or guests are responsible for late admission at the gate. Regular season pricing will apply.Admission tickets are non-refundable.  Ticketed Rides: Decisions regarding specific rides need to be made no later than (7) days prior to the event. *Ininclement weather, the train will not run for the safety of guests, at that point there will be a refund.  Inclement Weather Policy: The Zoo is open every day of the year, except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day,regardless of the weather. Due to high demand for reserved space at Utah’s Hogle Zoo, we are unable to scheduleadvance inclement weather reservations. In the event of inclement weather, tickets issued to you can still be redeemed at the Zoo admissions gate on theday of your event.  Menus & Guarantee: Your final menu selection must be received (14) days prior to your event.Your minimum guaranteed attendance must be received (7) business days prior to your event.If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, the group will be charged for the guaranteed number on allfood and beverage. If count increases less than 72 hours before the event date you may incur a cost of $5additional per meal. *Please see full catering menu for additional options. *Some food items may not be available due to the location of the venue. *Onsite catering must be used for indoor spaces.  Decorations: Glass, balloons, straws, stickers, confetti, Frisbees, and anything else that can harm or injure theanimals or other guests are strictly prohibited anywhere on Zoo grounds.  Deposit: 50% is due with the signing the contract, min 14 days prior to event, and the remaining balance is due 7days prior to the event.  Event Spaces Offered: Summer Parties will be hosted in the Creekside Canopy area -if you choose to upgrade andmove to the RendezooRoom (if available) there will be an additional charge of $100 for the indoor space. ”Coldweather months” (October, November & April) guest must occupy the RendezooRoom (price will automaticallyincrease the $100).  **During the months December -March there is limited indoor space. Please call for availability.
