Takeaway points
1. Definitely a place for collaboration between NZ and Australian colleagues. This course has established a network which could be utilised in the future.
Takeaway points
2. Synchronous interactions, like Twitter chats, are a useful way to interact across time zones.
Takeaway points
3. While NZ and Australia are similar, there is also a lot that is different.
Focusing on points of difference will help us to invigorate and compare our services.
Where to next?
• Final thing (Thing 23!) next week and then a final reflection week
• A break for a little while!
