State Street Elgin, IL 60123 To Whom It May Concern: RE: Walter Lopez The purpose of this letter is to provide a recommendation for Walter Lopez for future employment opportunities. Walter Lopez worked with me for almost one year as my Graduate Assistant. In that time, I grew to trust Walter completely. After expressing an interest in cultivating his financial expertise, I asked him to help me build a budget for my department and then eventually the School of Business and Professional Studies. He embraced the task with vigor and developed a solid budgeting tool. I then loaned him to the Business Office in which he was able to work with the Financial Manager to further refine the estimating factors and run past financials through the model to determine its accuracy. Walter’s final budgeting model had a 99.5% accuracy rate relative to revenues and a 97.5% accuracy rate for overall expenses. Beyond his strong aptitude for financials, Walter will bring many other unique capabilities to your organization. First, with his international experience, there is a strong cultural awareness. Second, with his coaching experience, he has learned how to cultivate another’s abilities. Finally, his professional soccer experiences have cultivated a high level of emotional intelligence and personal discipline. His outward demeanor is one of being a humble, overall nice guy. What makes Walter unique is that he is also a humble, personable, and considerate person on the inside too. For these reasons, I strongly recommend Walter Lopez for your organization, even without knowing what your organization is. He is a unique and authentic find. Please contact me at (847) 6281515 or [email protected] if you require additional information. Sincerely, Michelle Kilbourne, Ph.D.
