..Hours of Operation.. Monday ~ Sunday open at 11:00am

..Room Set Up.. The banquet room will be fully set up for the arrival of guests half

hour prior to the scheduled time of the function. Earlier times can be arranged through management, depending on availability.

All decorations must be approved through management, NO TAPE will be allowed on the walls or the wood. Linens for the tables may

be rented for a fee. Buffets have a linen charge per buffet table.

..Bar.. Options include a full service bar or a host bar.

..Menu.. Menu selections for all parties must be arranged and finalized

through management fourteen days prior to the date of the function No food or beverage may be brought into or taken out of Walt’s

Other Pub. Because of health regulation, leftover food may not be taken out of the facility after any event.

..Audio and Visual Equipment.. Depending on availability, audio and visual equipment may be

used at no additional cost.

..Reservations.. Reservations are guaranteed by the signing of the contract. A credit card number will hold the room until contract can be

signed. To ensure proper staffing a final guests count is due seven days prior to the scheduled event.

..Cancellation policy.. If an event is cancelled, a one hundred dollar cancellation fee

will be applied to the credit card on file.

NO ROOM FEE To avoid charging room rental fees, we have established room minimums.

..Gratuity.. A 20% gratuity will be assessed to the final bill, to include food, beverage,

..Payments and Tax.. Sales tax is not included in any quoted prices.

Unless credit arrangements have been made in advance, payment is due in full at the conclusion of the event.

… Parking.. The banquet room parking and entrance is located to the south of the building.

…Room Policies No taping to banquet room walls, and the use of confetti on tables is not allowed.
