WALT DISNEY’S EARLY LIFE
In Walt Disney’s early life he was taught to draw by his dad.
They had to move many times because of World War I.
When he was a teenager, he lied about age because he wanted
to help his country really bad. The job he had was picking up
injured soldiers to go to the hospital.
WHY I CHOSE WALT DISNEY
I chose Walt Disney because I like TV and I love his shows.
I also like him because he made 3 TV channels for babies, toddlers,
kids and teenager.
HIS EPISODE
Walt Disney was most popular for making Mickey Mouse eighty-six
years ago. The first show that the character, Mickey Mouse, was in
was called Steamboat Willie. Steamboat Willie was released on
July 29,1928. Mickey’s first words were “Hot Dogs, Hot Dogs”. Mickey Mouse was also in silent shows before Steamboat Willie.

One challenge was being able to survive in World War I.
He served in World War I as a Red Cross driver who helped soldiers who got injured.
Also in his free time he drew cartoons.
