Entry fees are £30 per Team. Please complete ALL fields below including email address and return the application form below via email or post to the addresses below. Payment can be made via BACS (preferred) or with a cheque made payable to ‘Walsall Wood Saints JFC’. Entries are allocated on a first paid first entered basis. Where possible all correspondence will be via email including tournament confirmations and instructions. Competition Rules, Conduct & Behaviour on School Premises• Age groups are those for next season 2018/2019 (NOT current season). • Maximum squad size is 10 players for U7-U10, 12 players for U11-U12.

Football Rules• Only 5 (U7’s & U8’s), 7 (U9’s & U10’s) or 9 (U11’s & U12’s) players on the pitch at any given time• All players must have photographic ID available for inspection if required• Maximum squad size is 10 players• The duration for all games will be:- o U7’s to U10’s = 10 minutes. o U11’s to U12’s = 15 minutes• Group positions will be decided by points, goal difference, goals scored in order and if still level by the results between sides

�nishing equal. If still level then a penalty shootout will decide.• During knockout stages & �nals, if the scores are level after normal time a further 3 minutes each way extra time will be played• If the scores remain level after extra time a penalty shootout will commence. Each team having 3 penalties and then onto

sudden death if required• Defending teams U7’s to U10’s must retreat to the half way line for Goal kicks. For all other age groups this rule does not apply• Teams cannot score directly from kick offs, but the ball can be played in any direction• Other than the above, standard FA Rules apply.• All referees of�ciating at this tournament are volunteers so please be supportive and respect their decisions.• All managers to sign referees sheet at the end of each game con�rming the score

Conduct• Referees will issue both yellow and red cards during the tournament as they judge incidents during the playing of matches• A player receiving 2 yellow cards in a match will be dismissed from the game and in addition will miss the following game• A player receiving a straight red card will be dismissed from the game and in addition will miss the following 2 games• A player receiving a straight red card for violent conduct will be dismissed from the game and will not be permitted to play any

further part in the tournament

Behaviour on School Premises• Alcohol and dogs are not permitted on the school grounds. Anyone caught with alcohol, will be asked to leave the pemises.• Spectators must stay behind respect barriers / ropes along the length of the pitches. NO spectators behind the goals.• Please respect the roped off areas and do not enter areas which are marked off to prevent entry such as the bushes near the

housing areas or the building works• Please use the toilet facilities provided• Please refrain from the use of foul and abusive language throughout the day

FA Respect CampaignEach of the pitches this year will utilise respect barriers and we ask that all spectators remain behind the barriers at all times and not near or behind the goals. Please respect the players and of�cials and opposing teams throughout the tournament to ensure that everyone present has an enjoyable day.
