The Basics
• Focus is on EXERCISE (although you should still eat fruits and veggies )
• Buy a pedometer and count your steps• OR
• Any exercise will do!• We can calculate how many steps a

Rules
• You choose the route you want to take• Entry Fee
• $10
• Figure out your number of steps• Send log to me each Monday
• See yourself move around on the map• First person back to Salt Lake wins!
• Weekly bonus challenges can get you bonus steps…
Logistics
• Twelve Weeks• Begins June 28th and Ends September 19th
• Week runs Monday – Sunday• Turn in logs for previous week on Monday
