• WALCO provides low production precision turning, vertical milling, horizontal milling, and machining of

weldments. WALCO is known for its precision grinding services as used in the production of our grid

plates.  As specialists in machining stainless steels, aluminums, and carbon steels we also provide polishing, MIG and TIG welding and mechanical

assembly to expedite your orders and reduce risk.  We can provide the production of parts from plastics

to exotic metals, from 1” to 167” x 108” x 56”.

3 D Modeling and Verification Solid works and Vericut

CAD/CAM software which enables us to download 3-D solid models directly into our CAM software. 3 D models are also used to verify CAM data and optimize machining techniques.

All CNC machining centers are connected via DNC with our engineering server for downloading of programs, tooling lengths, offsets and visual aids.

Communication screens are available at work centers for “real time” updates.

Vantage allows for complete communication details (notes, cycle time, scheduling, etc.) on every project in real time available to project engineers and customer service to keep our customers up to date when they call WALCO Tool & Engineering.
