NEW PLAYER REGISTRATION This guide explains the process of how to complete the online registration as a parent/guardian and then subsequently register a child/children for the Foxtel Touch 7s Rugby at Wakehurst rugby club through Rugby Link.

Click the following Link to open the Wakehurst Foxtel Touch 7s Registration page

The following Welcome page will appear

• Please Click “Get Started” • The screen will refresh.

Click “CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT”

The screen will refresh. Enter your email address (this is the email address of the parent/guardian and NOT the child’s email address)

Please click “SUBMIT”

The system will search for your email address and check if it has previously been registered. As you are new to rugbylink the screen will now change to the “ACCOUNT NOT FOUND” screen. Please enter your details NOT the child’s details

• First Name • Surname • Date of Birth DD/MM/YYYY • Mobile Phone

Please Click “SEARCH” RugbyLink will now search again to check that you don’t have an account already.

The screen will refresh and the ACCOUNT RECOVERY screen will appear.

Please click “REGISTER” The screen will refresh and the REGISTER screen will appear.

Please fill in your details NOT the child’s details

• First Name • Surname • Date of Birth DD/MM/YYYY • Mobile Number • Address Line 1 • Enter your Suburb - Please select the suburb from drop down box

The screen will now refresh and show the “Registration Complete” page

Make a note or print out this page for your records. This is YOUR MyRugbyID not the Childs. You will need it to login in the future Please click “SET MY PASSWORD” RugbyLink will now send you an email with a link. Check your email. (Note: you may need to look in your junk or spam email folder)

You will need to click on the link as highlighted above to set your password

This will open a new window in your browser

Enter your password twice and click “CHANGE PASSWORD”

The screen will now refresh and display the registration page

Please check the box next to “Register a New Family Member”.

This will then allow you to register your child for the Touch 7s

Please now fill in the CHILDS details

• First Name • Last Name • Email address (Childs - This is typically your email address) • Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)

Please complete the registration form entering the child’s and parent / guardian details for

• Child / Player details o Middle Name (if applicable) o Gender Male / Female/ Undisclosed) o Email address (Childs - This is typically your email address) o Mobile Number (Childs - This is typically your phone number) o Address (this will search as your type) o School (this will search as your type) o Next of kin details name and phone number (typically you)

• Parent / Guardian details o Name (typically you) o DOB (typically you) o Email and phone number (typically you) o Address (this will search as your type)

The Other information section captures the information for your child and not you

Please complete the sections for your child

• Ethnicity • Player Size

The last section Touch7’s

• Age Group o Please select the age group U6, U7 etc based on the age as of 1st January 2018

• Team Name o Please enter your Touch 7's Team Name (if known) enter TBA for individual players

• Shirt Size o Please select the shirt size based on age 6,8,10,12,14 years

• Additional Information o Please provide any additional information such as “John is registering as an individual player and

would like t be part of the Mimosa school team.”

Please check the details and then click the box “I have read and agree to the National Terms & Conditions.” Please click “CONTINUE”

Please complete the payment sections

If you have an “Active Kids NSW” voucher you can use this for the touch 7s payment

Once you have completed the form you can choose the option to save you credit card details

Please click “PAY NOW”

Confirmation will appear on the screen, as well as a confirmation email being sent to the email address that you provided for the player. (This screen will reflect the names and payment information for you)

If you have additional children to register, then please Click “Purchase Product for another Participant” This will take you back to the registration screen,

Please note that

• You will see the first child registered as well on this screen, • Please ensure that you select ‘Register a new Family Member’

Please click “Continue”

You can now follow the same player registration process that you did for the first child.

If you have registered a player for a team, • Please email the team manager with your child’s or children’s Name & My Rugby ID • The team manager will update their team list to include the new registered players • The Wakehurst Touch co-ordinator will also have your registration information and will keep the team

managers updated will the information for all team members that are registered. If you are registering an individual

• The Wakehurst Touch co-ordinator will find a team for your child to join • We will let the team manager know that your child is registered and give them your contact details. • The Team manager will email / phone you. • The team manager will update their team list to include new players • This will ensure that everyone involved will be kept up to date
