The Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild Art Attack September 18 – October 26, 2015 Naples Art Association at the von Liebig Art Center 585 Park Street, Naples, FL 34102; 239-262-6577; www.naplesart.org WAIVER The Artist named below does hereby release, discharge and hold harmless the Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild, the Naples Art Association, The von Liebig Art Center, and their respective officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents of the Guild, Association, and Center from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action and suits at law or in equity for and on account of any injuries, damage, loss, or accidents sustained by the Artist, Artist’s representatives, and Artist’s property prior to, during, and subsequent to participation in the Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild’s Art Attack 2015 art exhibit at The von Liebig Art Center, Naples Art Association, 585 Park Street, Naples, Florida 34102. All insurance is the responsibility of the artist. All artwork remains in the ownership of the Artist. It is the Artist’s responsibility to read and to comply with the rules and regulations as presented in the Prospectus for the Exhibit. All work submitted is subject to these conditions, including but not limited to commissions, dates for exhibiting work, removing work, and permission to photograph for publicity purposes. Work is to remain in the gallery for the duration of the Guild’s Art Attack 2015 Exhibit. By signing below, the Artist warrants and represents that the work submitted for this Exhibit is original and does not infringe any copyright interest. The Southwest Florida Fine Craft Guild reserves the right to remove any piece(s) that in its sole judgment and discretion violates the copyright laws of the United States. The Guild further reserves the right to rescind awards and/or cash prizes, and/or ban the artist from exhibiting with the Guild in the future. The Guild also reserves the right to decline and/or remove any damaged or unfinished pieces at any time before or during the Exhibit.
