Heavy duty carriage assembly providing movement in the X-AxIs direction
Heavy duty column assembly providing movement in the Y-AxIs direction. Column with manual pivoting for radial positioning.
Heavy duty boom assembly providing movement in the Z-Axis direction.
Rotary cage assembly providing continuous rotation of the welding gun.
Fully programmable providing complete reproducibility by saving all machine parameters and positional information, allowing the automatic welding of complete component.
Minimum and maximum setting of welding parameters to give alarm messages when these values fall out of range.
Programmer – Allows the saving and recovery of unlimited programs. Data in format for viewing on WA Programmer Windows-based software for tabular representation of all machine module parameters. Data upload/download to PC via RS232 serial port.
The control PC mounted on positioning arm to maintain proximity to the welding operation, whilst at the same time enabling the operator to swing the controls away from the workpiece during welding. Plus Pendant for positional control.
Datalogger module – logs welding conditions and records operator input fields.Data and stored locally or connected to the network for storage on to any specific location locally or remote. Logged data can be viewed on the machine or ay work station with the WA Logger-Windows based software installed
Auto diameter automatically maintains constant surface speed on varying component diameters.
High Frequency Arc Initiation Unit mounted in rotary cage.
Arc Voltage Control provides automatic control of the height of the welding torch above the work piece.
Arc voltage Control interchangeable between Y Axis and torch radial positioning slideway.
