Bidding: Positive ID is required to receive a buyer’s number. Each bidder must have a buyer’s number to bid. The highest bidder is the buyer.If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute is reserved by the auctioneer. His decision shall be final. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or allbids.

Risk: Title to and risk or loss passes to the buyer when the animal is declared “SOLD” by the auctioneer. Buyers assume responsibility for maintenance and care from then on. All horses should be removed from thesite the same day of sale, June 20, 2015, unless other arrangements havebeen made with Armitage Livestock.

Registration Papers: All registration papers will be withheld until allchecks clear the banks. At such time, they will be mailed to AQHA for transfer. The transfer fee of $15 to AQHA will be the responsibility of thebuyer and will be added to the purchase price. A purchase invoice will befilled out on each horse EXACTLY how the purchaser wants a horse registered. We will not be responsible for errors on transfers ifpurchase invoice is not properly and clearly filled out.

You will also need to contact Armitage Livestock to make arrangements for the pick up or de-livery of your purchases through the DVAuction broadcast.
