Question: Name at least one way you can insert a date in Word, without having to type it in?

Answer: You can begin typing the current date, and the auto complete function will display the date on the screen, click Enter to insert it.

Type ALT+SHIFT+D to automatically enter the date in MM/DD/YY format.

TYPING A BUSINESS LETTER IN GDP Remember when

typing a business letter in GDP, always follow the instructions found in your textbook.

While the Word Manual is very helpful in looking at examples of business documents, if there is a difference between the manual and the instructions in your textbook, always defer to the textbook.
