VtTwitter integration with vtiger CRM1.Download the vttwitter module from https://www.vtiger.com/crm-utilities/vttwitter-11/

2.After downloading vttwitter module open crm Instance for example (iam showing on NOVAMONT)http://50.57.182.61/novamont/index.php to open NOVAMONT Instance

Enter the Login Credentials for NOVAMONTUsername:adminPassword:admin

After that you will get the following Window

Go to Settings->Module Manager

After Click on Module Manager,you will get following Window

Then you will click on Settings->Module Manager->Custom Modules

Then you will get follwoing Window

If you want to install new module then Click on Import New Option then you will get the following Window

If it is Existing Module ,go to Regarding module then Click on Upgrade Icon(Blue Circle Symbol)

Click on Upgrade Icon,then you will get following window

Then Select the .zip folder what ever previously downloaded from vtiger.com,after selecting the downloaded file ,now select the upgrade ButtonIf it is existing module we have selected then,it will show the following page

If the selected file verion is not installed,then it will upgrade and finish the installation.

After completion of installation ,we can see the installed module under Tools->(vtTwitter)Now click on vtTwitter Module,then you will get following window,then it will show the Message as Twitter Login is not Configured as Warning

Now we need to Configure the vtTwitter Login Credentials,

Before Configuring We need to Create an application in http://dev.twitter.com by using Twitter Account

Click on Create an APP

After Click on Create an app you will get the follwoing Window

After entering the details Click on Create new Application ,you will get follwing Window

After create an application,you will get the Consumer KeyConsumer SecretAccess TokenAccess KeyWe need the above values to integrate vtwitter with vtiger CRMNow we will get back to CRM Instance(NOVAMONT)What ever values we get from twitter application ,now we need to enter those values in Configure vtwitter LoginEnter the values like belowConsumer Key of vttwitter Login-Consumer Key from Twitter AppConsumer Key-3TtneCWFikb604VyuZDQpgConsumer Secret of vttwitter Login-Consumer Secret from Twitter AppConsumer Secret-j7uhQeMmvmSpT36TaC6j0rd0Fj4rMUEYWHmvB4wyQAuthor Token of vtwitter Login-Access Key from Twitter AppAuthor Token-819201379-VbH0dK3lkE5iLxDgD1C7iUqDHHKisfEfWWgHln4EAuthor Key of vttwitter Login-Access Token Secret from Twitter App

After enter the above values Click on Save Button,Twitter Successfully Configured

Even Successfully Completion of Twitter Login Credentials,it will show the Same Message as Twitter Login not Configured,so dont try to reconfigure ,

After Click on save Button,the Twitter Account details,Author Token ,Author Token Secret Values Stored in vtiger_vtwitter_login Table of Novamont Database

Create a new twitter Message under vtwitter->+ Icon

After Click on + Icon you will get the follwing Window

Enter the values and the Click on Save Option

The created Twitter mesage come under vttwitter

Now we need to check in twitter account If configuration is Successfully Completed,the created twitter message is come as a tweet in your Twitter Account,otherwise it won't Come in your Twitter Account

Know the Status of vtTwitter ConfigurationAfter Configure the Twitter account in vtiger CRM Instance also, we will get the Same Message as Twitter Login not ConfiguredTo Know the Configuration Status of twitter Account with vtiger CRMGo to Regarding Database of CRM Instance like (NOVAMONT) Select vtiger_vtwitter_login and open the table ,see the details of twitter account as encrypted message in 4 fieldsif the vtiger_vtwitter_login table is filled with a record , twitter is Successfully Configured with CRM Instance ,again no need to try to configure,the created Twitter Messages will update in twitter Accountif we will try to reconfigure ,the twitter Messages will not update in Twitter Account
