2. COMPANY BACKGROUND

Vokane Trading Enterprise Cc was established in 2005 by its founders, Johannes Vokane Baloyi

and Alfred Jabu Baloyi and it is totally South African and is purely black owned business consisting of

members from the previously disadvantaged groups, who are qualified in different engineering fields

and have passion in the Telecommunications and Construction trends and a with a target market from

large corporations to various SMME’s in many industries.

We deliver a wide range of Steel Fixing and telecommunications services and was established to

serve as the “Steel Fixing and telecommunication Services” empowered group creating opportunities

for broad based participation and will continue to explore and build relationships with suppliers

ranging from the Public Sector to large and small Corporations in the Private sector and always

ensuring highest quality, competitive pricing and best-in-class service and support.

We are based in Gauteng and hoping to break the boundaries to other provinces in the near future.
