Sky Go / VPN Guidelines Sky Go Overview Our VPN provides facility to Sky Go if you are travelling abroad and still needs access to Sky Go on PC, Mac, Iphone, Ipad and Selected Android Phones. You need to install our VPN on your system in order to access Sky Go, please find some guidelines and available programs below: General Guideline Only 2 devices allowed at a time, device can be removed after 1 month and use on different device VPN facility for Windows/Mac and Iphone/Ipad different, ensure you use the correct connection facility to connect Ensure you have at least 2M(2000kbps) download speed ( you can check your speed by going to http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/diagnostics ) The Sky Go Application Requires you to have Silverlight installed on Windows or Mac If you have difficulties installing VPN, our remote support technician team can install this for you via a remote support session If you require further information please email us on [email protected] Compatible Devices • Windows ( All Operating systems ) • Mac ( All Versions ) • Ipad ( Non-Jailbroken Ipad with IOS version 4.3.3 and above) • Iphone ( Non-Jailbroken Iphone with IOS version 4.3.3 and above ) • Android ( HTC Desire, Desire S, Desire HD, Incredible, Sensation, Samsung Galaxy S, Galaxy S II ) • Xbox 360
