• Performed in conjunction with Product Manager• Reviewed and replicated top enhancement requests • Prepared alternatives enhancements to meet the development

• Continuing discussions with Shippensburg and Notre Dame to migrate old Voyager-L

• Subscriptions added only after customer status can be confirmed• Assisting Voyager Product Manager

• With data requests, web postings of informtion• Advising on conference scheduling• Representing the Voyager Community
