VooV meeting guest participation

① Connect to the wireless network eduroam

* Please authenticate with the same ID and password as My WASEDA.

* If you cannot connect, please check that the proxy is off.

② Install VooV app

Obtain and install the software from the official website (https://voovmeeting.com/)

① Click 「Download」

② Click 「Download」

③ Save and run the installer

* Select save even if a warning appears

④ Check "Operating Vooov Meeting" and

click Finish

⑤ I agree to the service protocol and

privacy policy, and the installation is

complete.

① Join the meeting from the URL

Click the join URL to launch the browser and move to the VooV app.

From the next time, the following screen will appear from the time of startup.

※ Click the ▲ button to make detailed settings for various functions.

If you want to hold a web conference as a host on VooV, you must register an account.

You will need to enter your mobile phone number for SMS authentication when you get an account.
