Volunteers are the backbone of Red Lodge Fire Rescue’s response capability. The incentive program is designed to encourage members to participate at the highest level they can. The more you spend time with us, the more cool stuff you can get. The incentive program is funded through the Rural Fire District, and is just a small way to thank our members and encourage them to give all they can. For several years, committee members have been working to standardize the incentive program across all divisions. At the conclusion of this year, all divisions will be on a the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) for point accrual. Points have been adjusted across all divisions to represent equal value for work product, depending on the level of commitment required in each division.
