Centennial Campus Student Housing located on Centennial Campus: Project consists of the construction of a 1195 bed, 550,000 SF apartment style stu-dent housing complex. In addition the project will include a 20,000 SF dining facility, parking, extensions of underground utilities and a road way to serve the new facilities. Minority Participation — Construction Contract Total $114,537,385 — Minority Participation Total $27,998,151— Participation Percent-age 24.44%.

Talley Student Center Renovation and Addition located on main campus: Project consists of the renovation of 169,000 SF of existing space and the addi-tion of 123,000 SF of new construction. This project will improve and expand space for student organizations, dining, meeting lounge, and retail spaces including the NCSU Bookstores. Minority Participation to Date — Construction Contract Total $26,895,123— Minority Participation Total $4,008,283—Participation Percentage 15.00%. Balance of project (Building) will bid Summer 2012.
