Phenylethylamine (PEA), which has been demon-strated to provide a feeling of mental energy;

Phycocyanin, which is re-sponsible for the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory prop-erties of AFA;

For me, simplicity is the key. That first call to a pros-pect needs to be short and to the point. I believe that the more you try to tell people about stem cells, StemEn-hanceTM and the STEMTech comp plan when you’re on that first call, the more likely you are NOT to have a suc-cessful outcome.

When I was first building my STEMTech business, I made a lot of cold calls. Eve-rything was so new then that I didn’t know much about StemEnhance and its effect on stem cells. All I knew was that the science was solid and people were experienc-ing some awesome benefits from using StemEnhance. I couldn’t have explained much even if I had wanted to!

So all I did was to call peo-ple and say, “Have you heard of the company STEMTech HealthSciences?” Just about everybody in those days an-swered “No.” So I’d say, “Do you have six to eight minutes to hear about an amazing product that could change your life?” If people said yes, I’d three-way them into the STEMTech information num-ber, 620 294-1132. When the STEMTech call was fin-ished, all I’d say is, “Pretty impressive, isn’t it?” And very often that was all it took. About fifty percent of the people I called were ready to sign up or buy a bottle of StemEnhance right then!

For those who weren’t quite ready to make a com-mitment, I suggested that

they join in on a STEMTech conference call or check out the STEMTech website or one of the other powerful web-sites hosted by top STEM-Tech producers. In a day or so, when I checked back on them, they were usually ready to sign on. If they weren’t interested in the business opportunity, they usually wanted the product.

So my advice to new dis-tributors is simple: Don’t try to tell people too much! One thing that makes STEMTech such an easy business to succeed in is that you don’t have to know everything!

I work my business the same way these days. As I help people in my organiza-tion to get started and build their businesses, I tell them

If you have been taking StemEnhanceTM for a number of months (or even for a year now), you may find it difficult to remember all the specifics about your general health and quality of life before StemEnhance. • BUSINESS: The published results of QOL’s can be a powerful tool to help you build your business. As you include the compiled and individual results of SF-36 assessments in your presentations to pros-pects, people will see in black and white the areas of improvement experi-enced by SF-36 partici-pants, and they will want

to share in this improved quality of life. They will want to do this by purchas-ing StemEnhance from you, and, perhaps by be-coming a STEMTech dis-tributor on your team.

Here’s how the STEMTech SF-36 program works: A person completes and sub-mits the first of three identi-cal questionnaires prior to taking his/her first StemEn-hance. The assessment asks for very specific information about the person’s “current” general health and quality of life. This first questionnaire provides the baseline for measuring improvement, and is submitted to STEMTech for inclusion in the “2006-7 STEMTech Data Project.”

Thirty days after beginning to take StemEnhance daily, the participant completes and submits the question-naire again, filling in new “current” information on his/her general health and qual-ity of life.

Every distributor who par-ticipates in the SF-36 Data Project will receive a certifi-cate documenting this partici-pation and a specially-designed STEMTech Quality of Life t-shirt, available only to study participants.

Beginning November 1, new distributors on AutoShip will receive an email with a link and proper instructions to fill out an online QOL sur-vey before they begin Stem- Enhance. Participants will be able to print their results and track their own improvements over time. After 30 and 90 days, they will receive emails to remind them to go online and fill in the next question-naires. As the data will be used for scientific analysis, participants are encouraged to fill out all three question-naires carefully.

We will be presenting the first results of this STEMTech QOL Project at our First An-nual Convention in March. Will you be there to hear it?

Where were you in Sep-tember, 2006? If you were anywhere in the Northeast, the Southeast, the Southwest or the Hawaiian Islands, here’s hoping that you at-tended one of the dozen STEMTech Regional Events held during the month. If you were nearby and didn’t make it to an Event, you really missed something! Each of these Regional Events featured presenta-tions by Chief Science Officer Christian Drapeau, VP of Sales & Marketing Errol Les-ter and top field leaders from the StemGem Team, includ-ing Triple Diamonds Marijke Long and Izzy Matos

(pictured). Christian’s presentation on the science of AFA and StemEnhanceTM was a high-light of the Event for many. Lively ques-tion-and-answer ses-sions followed his remarks from the podium. Errol made good use of wit and wisdom as he filled everybody in on the company’s plans for growth and expan-sion, and he joined Izzy and Marijke in discussions of ways to maximize STEMTech’s comp plan. For many distributors and

their prospects, it was excit-ing to meet company execu-tives and StemGem leaders in person, and to hear about

the company and Stem-EnhanceTM directly from them. A professional in “wellness medicine” for fifty years, Dr. Robert Rogers attended the Orlando event to learn about the company and our product’s science. He signed up even be-fore the Event ended. “The presentations were very professional, very

informative,” Dr. Rogers says. “Christian Drapeau couldn’t have been better!”

We currently have a few “Web Tools” available to help you market your websites and deliver coded emails to prospective distributors. These webtools can be found at www.stemtechhealth.com/tools, which will lead you to a page where you can gener-ate links personalized to your Distributor ID. Using these

tools will ensure that each of your email recipients can purchase or sign up under you, without going through a replicated site. We have created these tools based on the requests and feedback we received from STEMTech distributors.

WEB TIP: We have learned that people in many distribu-tors’ downlines are putting their full website URL ad-dress into a Google or other search engines to get to their websites. Please let your downline team members know that this is not the way to reach any website if you know the full website ad-dress. Google is a search engine used for finding things based on KEYWORDS, like “STEMTech” or “John Han-son.” If you know that Mr.

Hanson’s website address is johnh2.stemtechhealth.com, you simply type this URL (address) into the “location” field or “Go to” field on any browser you use.

Our next addition in the webtools page, as well as the main website, will be the addition of streaming video and streaming audio to assist in marketing and delivering the information straight from our corporate leaders.
