Voltera V-One The Voltera V-One brings quick turn PCBs to your desktop. Import your gerber file into                             the Voltera software, press print, and the V-One will bring your board to life. Use the                               solder paste dispensing and reflow features to mount components onto your printed                       board, or mount components on a prefabricated board with ease. 

The V-One includes all the accessories           and consumables you need to get started:

Conductive Inks 

    Conductive Ink Cartridge The key to printing a circuit board with the                 V-One is in the ink. The printer lays down silver                   nanoparticle ink as the traces and pads that               comprise your board. After thermal curing, the             ink is conductive and ready for reflow.  

Each cartridge prints approximately 85 simple           boards. 

Cartridges must be kept refrigerated, and have a               shelf life of 6 months.

    Flexible Conductive Ink Cartridge 

This flexible conductive ink is compatible with Kapton (polyimide), polycarbonate, PET and has a curing temperature of 140 deg C for 10 minutes or 120 deg C for 30 minutes. It can be soldered ONLY WITH our solder paste and solder wire.

Solder 

    Flux If you're hand soldering components with           the provided solder wire, make sure to             use flux to promote solder wetting. Out of               solder wire? The wire in our store has               been tested for best performance with the             conductive ink and standard copper. 

 

    Solder Wire Done printing? Let’s add some         components! Just be sure to use the             Voltera recommended solder wire and         plenty of flux to ensure a strong solder               joint. We’ve chemically tested it to be             most compatible with our nanoparticle         ink.

    Solder Paste Cartridge Fed up with ordering multiple stencils in             between board iterations? 

Just snap on the RoHS         Sn42/Bi57.6/Ag0.4 solder paste cartridge       and the V-One will dispense solder paste             onto the pads of your board. Solder paste               can be dispensed onto your V-One printed             boards, or prefabricated circuit boards. 

Each cartridge prints approximately       11,000 0603 pads. 

Cartridges must be kept refrigerated, and           have a shelf life of 6 months.

    Solder Paste Cartridge - Sn63Pb37 Alloy *Not compatible with Voltera ink* 

While the standard Voltera solder does           work on factory-fabbed PCBs, this alloy           has superior performance on boards with           lead-based HASL finish. This allows you           to easily paste, assemble, and reflow your             pre-fabbed boards. 

Particle size: T4, Reflow: 240C until fully               melted. Each cartridge prints       approximately 11,000 0603 pads.       Cartridges must be kept refrigerated, and           have a shelf life of 6 months.

Hello World Component Kit The Hello World circuit is the first circuit               you print with your V-One. Have more than               one person using your V-One? Then you             might want more Hello World kits! 

The Hello World kit contains: 

● 6 x Green LEDs ● 3 x 47k Resistors ● 3 x 180R Resistors ● 3 x 100k Resistors ● 3 x 4.7UF Capacitor ● 1 x 555 timer ● 1 x 9V battery

 

    Thumbscrews Pack of 4 thumbscrews attach board clamps to the V-One printing platform and ensure your board is securely mounted. Be sure to get them here should you need replacements.

    Burnishing Pads Pack of 3. 

After your circuit is printed and cured, the silver traces need a quick burnishing step to remove organic matter. The burnishing pad contains micropores that can remove even the smallest contaminants. Just give the board a scrub and watch the traces turn silver.

 

 

    Empty Cartridge Pack Get creative and dispense your own fluids with this pack of cartridges. The pack includes:

    Nozzles Keep printing with a pack of 4 nozzles               (225 micron inner diameter). These         dispensing tips come standard with the           V-One and are required for accurate           deposition of ink and solder paste. 

 

    Nozzles - 150 micron If you want to push the resolution limits of the V-One, these dispensing tips will help enable your experimental projects. This pack contains 4 extra fine nozzles with an internal diameter of 0.150 mm (6 mil).

    Nozzles - 100 micron Looking to dispense materials with a lower viscosity? These are the nozzles for you. Don't use this with our standard ink or solder paste... that will result in poor performance.  

This pack contains 4 extra fine nozzles with an internal diameter of 0.100 mm (4 mil) 

Substrates 

    2" x 3" Substrates Pack of 10. 

Blank 2” x 3” FR4 boards are ready for printing your circuitry on. Just clamp them to the printing platform and press print to dispense the ink.
