STRINGER (JET600 - L)

Jet 600 is a fully automatic machine for cells stringing. It is the best solution for automated assembly lines that require high performance, repeatability and high quality at the same time.The presence of only one cells storage band allows to install the machine in a confined space and to work in pairs directly connected to a lay-up of ATO station series.Its new robust and compact design allows quick and easy installation for an immediate production start.

LAYUP AND VISUAL INSPECTION

ATO300 is an automatic station that picks up the strings from the stringer and places them on the glass.All operations are carried out by an automated Cartesian axis that handles the strings with a vacuuming system.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSATO300 is an automatic station and is a system designed to load the glass and bring it in the module assembly area.

Note 1: the glass must be manually loaded in the loading area.Note 2: before entering, the first sheet of EVA has to be put on the glass manually.The string centring is performed with Cognex optical system.It puts the strings on the glass according to an order established by the recipe.It unloads the "sandwich" consisting of glass, EVA sheet and strings, in the discharge zone.It is possible to unload the strings that are not good in the specific recovery area.

CONNECTIONS WELDING BETWEEN THE STRINGS (CT- 4C)

The operator manually welds the strings "heads" in order to create a series connection.The LogoMATIK CT - 4C station is a backlit table that can be connected directly to the ATO series lay-up stations.This station allows operators to make interconnections between the strings.Before the welding process, the operator can check the cor-rect alignment of the strings and the integrity of the cells.

Logomatik LMT300 is an automatic laminator and is designed for different sizes of laminates and special applications such as glass - glass or flexible.All laminators allow to customize the EVA melting pro-cess, reaching a temperature of 180°C, with an error tolerance of + / - 2%. SM100 - O is designed to be integrated in the modules pro-duction process, before lamination, after lamination or for framed modules at the end of the line. High resolution came-ras provide better image quality and allow the detection of defects with or without the presence of the operator.The electroluminescence test allows to check that the panel cells have no micro - cracks and inactive zones thus allowing to increase the quality of the final product.

AUTOMATIC FILM CUTTER (TFA100)

LogoMATIK TFA100 is a machine for film automatic cut which allows the film (or EVA backsheet) easy handling and precise cut. The machine automatically unwinds the film up to the length set.

STRINGS REPAIR (TCS100R)

LogoMATIK TCS100 is a manual welding station used to connect and repair the photovoltaic cells in strings long up to 12 cells (6 ").There are two different work areas, one on each side.
