Falta configurar el lvm
#4 - 12/21/2012 04:01 PM - Victor Alem
Pasos para montar el /var con lvm:
- Bootear desde otro sistema con lvm,
- Montar el / del sistema base en /mnt/raiz
- Montar el lvm en /mnt/nuevovar,
- Mover el contenido de /mnt/raiz/var a /mnt/nuevovar,
- Editar el /etc/fstab con las opciones de montaje correspondientes al inicio.
#5 - 12/21/2012 06:40 PM - Victor Alem
No pude montar el raid, ejecuto el comando:
# mdadm --assemble /dev/md0 /dev/sda2 /dev/sdb2
y luego la salida de fdisk -l dice:
Disk /dev/md0 doesn't contain a valid partition table

Listo, había que colocar explícitamente el tipo de fs:
mount -t ext3 /dev/md0 /mnt/raiz/
Luego busco el lvm y lo activamos:
root@debian:/# vgscan
Reading all physical volumes. This may take a while...
Found volume group "voip" using metadata type lvm2
root@debian:/# vgchange -a y
The link /dev/voip/var should had been created by udev but it was not found. Falling back to direct link creation.
1 logical volume(s) in volume group "voip" now active
root@debian:/# ls /dev/mapper
10/04/2018 3/4
control voip-var
Revisamos la tabla de particiones:
root@debian:/dev/mapper# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
aufs 990M 97M 893M 10% /
tmpfs 990M 0 990M 0% /lib/init/rw
udev 984M 224K 984M 1% /dev
tmpfs 990M 4.0K 990M 1% /dev/shm
/dev/sdc1 3.8G 1.2G 2.7G 30% /live/image
tmpfs 990M 97M 893M 10% /live/cow
tmpfs 990M 0 990M 0% /live
tmpfs 990M 8.0K 990M 1% /tmp
/dev/md0 4.9G 1.9G 2.8G 41% /mnt/raiz
/dev/mapper/voip-var 197G 713M 187G 1% /mnt/nuevovar
Ahora movemos el contenido de /mnt/raiz/var a /mnt/nuevovar/
root@debian:/dev/mapper# mv /mnt/raiz/var/* /mnt/nuevovar/
Por último editamos el fichero /etc/fstab del sistema base (o sea el fichero /mnt/raiz/etc/fstab del sistema live):
root@debian:~$ cat /mnt/raiz/etc/fstab
/dev/md0 / ext3 defaults 1 1
/dev/md1 /boot ext3 defaults 1 2
/dev/mapper/voip-var /var ext3 defaults 1 1
tmpfs /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts gid=5,mode=620 0 0
sysfs /sys sysfs defaults 0 0
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
