Unit 3: Information Building
Information from visits (exhibitions, colleges, training centres).
Career and training opportunities. Interest questionnaire.Learning styles
Unit 4: Career Action Plan
Possible careers – own skills, qualities, interests.
Personal career action plan.Preparation for interviews.Possible changes in working life.Review of L.C.A. vocational experience.
Enterprise Modules Enterprise 1 (Minicompany)
Students set up and run their own business (Develop a product, provide a service etc.)
Enterprise 2 Running a non-profit making activity/event. Focus on organisation and planning.
Enterprise 3On completion of Enterprise 1 or 2 investigation of local enterprise. Focus on self employment, development of business idea and preparation of business plan.
