    HSPA+ Log Analysis

UE is Release 8 HSDPA Cat24 supporting DC-HSDPA up to 42Mbps on downlink

If network supports Release 7 only, then UE can support HSDPA Cat14 (up to 21Mbps)

HSUPA Cat 6 supports up to 5.7Mbps on uplink

    HSPA+ Log Analysis

Network sent Radio Bearer Setup to configure HSDPA but not with 64QAM servingHSDSCH-RL-indicator: 1

User data payload carried on HS-DSCH

Signaling Radio Bearers (SRBs) on R99 A-DPCH (SF256)

    64QAM configured not found

    Measurement Power Offset: 7.5dB

    DeltaACK, DeltaNACK, DeltaCQI = 7

    4 HS-SCCHs thus the max number of HS-PDSCHs = 14

    Uplink R99 with SF16 (64kbps) servingEDCH-RL-indicator: 0

    HSPA+ Log Analysis

UE is capable of supporting up to 42Mbps on DL and up to 5.7Mbps on UL

Network configured only HSDPA Cat 10 (up to 14Mbps) without 64QAM If 64QAM is configured, then we should see the following in the RB Setup message:

Due to 4 HS-SCCHs configured, network could only assign up to 14 HS-PDSCHs so the max L1 data rate would be 12.55Mbps Max TBS = 25105 bits per 2ms TTI

    Max L1 data rate = 25105 / 0.002 = 12.55Mbps

    With one HS-SCCH and 64QAM support, 15 HS-PDSCHs can be assigned with TBS = 42192 bits (Max L1 data rate = 42192 / 0.002 = 21Mbps)

Suggest checking the 64QAM support in the network (feature license, Node B SW/HW, RNC SW, etc)
