• Put the antenna of UHF RFID capable handheld device against the window to the window for close range operate.
• No need to put close with long range antenna (within 16.5 ft/ 5 m)

STRAP
Each VLK-3R1 RFID Triage Tag is attached with a 33½” / 85 cm strap
that is used to hang the tag around the patient’s neck (preferably) or
other body part.
Caution
Observe when the strap is attached on a patient’s limb with venous
transfusion or catheters.
Tissue damage or inaccurate measurements may be caused by
strap application or use, such as wrapping too tightly, applying
supplemental tape, failing to inspect the site periodically, or failing
to position appropriately.

Pencils and waterproof ballpoints are
recommended
Warning:
Do not use fountain pens as it takes a long time to dry.
Using non- waterproof or water-resistant pen may result in loss of patient and medical records.

Clean Lightly dampened with warm water or a mild
soap solution with soft cloth. Wipe surfaces
dry with soft clean cloth.
Disinfection
Clean the surface as above, pray and wipe
with disinfectant, and leave for recommended
contact time. Remove any residue with
moistened soft cloth. Do not allow any
solutions to dry on the surface.
Caution
After cleaning or disinfection, examine for deformation and if damage exists, please dispose the product.
