Wheelbearing side

The SKF bearing included in the Wheel bearing kit VKBA 3667 has no outboard seal on the wheel side of the bearing as shown on the right picture below. The outboard seal is not needed as the cap included in the SKF kit has a sealing function when mounting the bearing on the car.

The SKF bearing is pre-greased for life and in line with OE product quality and performance.

Note! As with all fastening products included into SKF kits, the cap and the nut should be changed at the same time for a complete and professional repair!

A/M design – Rubber seal SKF design – Metal seal

Inboard side

The SKF bearing on the inboard side has a metal seal that ensures a perfect sealing of the wheel bearing as per OE specifications.
