Sender : Vic Mimit:To read your first photograph, I see its like an open road to peaceful feeling. Where theres green and blue. In every misery or another unpleasant feeling, Gods always there to guide you through every disaster and danger. But it depends on you how to read His sign. Its a part of enlightenment in everyones life.

Vic:

Yes, my first picture draws you to step into a journey where you are not sure where it leads and you just have to follow the wooden pathway. But despite the uncertainty, the skies and the clouds makes you move on putting a feeling of eagerness to discover what lies beyond the mountain. It is like God is always watching from above guiding and protecting you along the way.

Mimit:Then I sent you this sunset scene. The light is dramatic and theres a boat with its passengers. It empasize the enlightenment feeling from your picture.

Your first photo seems to answer the journey. Moving on with life guided and enlightened by God makes me relate to what we are having now in our lives - - the Diploma Course in Photojournalism. Our teachers are guiding us, but we are not babies where they have to rock our cradle or sing lullabies to us. And along the way challenges comes from their tasks, but they are always there to help us just like the people on the boat waiting for the journeyman to join them.

My next photo tells of the journeyman waking up late from a very sound sleep, only to find out that his hosts have gone away.

Mimit:The emptiness around a dining table in the daytime is a sign that family members are away from home. The cleanliness shows there could be neat family members. They leave the house in a good mood to make a living. That would be a typical activity for grateful people to express their faith. They thank to God and making their quality time worthwhile. They spread out for a while, forgetting their leisure and love relation. With a strong hope to gather at the end of the day. Then my next photo leads me to choose a photograph that shows a villager going out in the morning. To work, to fulfill her worldly needs, as a part of making their quality time worthwhile.

This photo seems to show that the hosts are out tending their daily chores. This image relays to the journeyman to continue with what he had started and the road may not be easy, but there is always relief after a long journey. And that there are people whom he can lean on, which is shown in my last photo.

Here, I read a balance symbol, kids sitting in the middle of a fallen tree without falling down. To seek balance in life, we need to make relationship with others. To enjoy our life is living like the flow of water. Go with the flow but dont get drown. In our life, at the first time we have a family relation we interact with outside world to create friendship. Then to complete our life cycle, we try to find a love relationship with others. In a marriage sometimes a couple talk about things they pursue in life. Then I remember a song from Ingrid Michaelson that I love much, that lead me to my 3rd photograph. Part of its lyrics goes "Lets get rich and buy our parents homes in the south of France..." Well, theres no picture of a house, but theres an Audi, an European premium car, that symbolizes expensive thing that only rich people can afford it.

I was really surprised by your last photo, cutting the feeling of the journey in the outback in our dialogue. When I try to decipher your message I see that the journey was all about a love story, a saga that has a very unhappy ending. I can see the lady in blue could not wait for his man who is on a journey and she opted to go for an old guy. This old guy will not let her walk, through wooden pathways, hills, mountains , unpaved roads and let her jump on waterfalls , but rather give her a life of luxury. Such a story that I supposed you were copying Rays notes after he interviewed me for our assignment by Sir Joe Torres. This story that was made out of our dialogue, already happened to me Mimit. My girlfriend decided to quit our relationship for she could not bear the uncertainty of my job, and that she could not have films and photographs for dinner. I set her free, and my journey continues.
