VISIT REPORT NORTH REGION ISLAMABAD, RAWALPINDI & PESHAWAR

OBJECTIVES
• To cross check Administrative & HR Compliance in branches
• Monitor time attendance
• Monitor SBUs field working
• Meet dealers and get feedback about SBUs visit / dealing and any other matters
ISLAMABAD BRANCH VISIT REVIEW
Observations• Islamabad branch in F6 is approximately 40km away (two
sides) from Rawalpindi so employee consume their fuel limit while commute, and they are found reluctant to travel frequently for sales
• Employees need training on Selling Skills, Team Building & Communication Skills

• Enviro has quality products
• Enviro Water Dispensers are selling however, if dispenser with door on tabs is introduced it will be more selling.
• Customers are interested in new models

• Product Manager do not visit them
• Customer often complain about Blender switch as it does not work until proper locked
• Customers are interested in new models
• No Enviro Branding / Marketing activity (as Changhong, Eco Star or TCL is doing)

Enviro do not have complete product range as fryer, egg boiler, bread maker machine, food factory
E.g the same day a customer came of Rs. 100k the shopkeeper offered Enviro SDA and customer agreed but due to incomplete range he was offered some Anex products but customer purchased all products of
Anex
No Branding / Marketing activity
No product catalog to convince customer
I have collected product catalog of Sinbo, Cambridge and Westpoint
3 in 1 Enviro price is 3500 with 1 year whereas Cambridge 3in1 price is 3100 with 2 years warranty
Ali samad committed new models of Microwave Oven of 4 lowest price 7 months before but still dealer is waiting

There is no branding / marketing activity with old product catalog are not supportive for OPPLE brand

Expenses of Peshawar branch are audited 3 times (RWP, PWR & HQ) so expenses are delayed (example OCS bill of approximately Rs. 10k was paid after 5 months in
my presence)
Employees cards are pending due to strict security checks in Peshawer region employee face problem

• Enviro display was good
• OPPLE Display rack was empty, neither it was visited by OPPLE SBU nor SBU was told to visit RD Stores & they first time meet to each other
• It was recommended by branch manager to install lock & key rack for opple products (to prevent loss) as displayed in picture for cell phones in rack
• Opple product rack should be in lock &
key as of mobiles rack• Updated POS Material
both for Enviro & OPPLE is required

Brand association with Haier is more supportive in market for Enviro
Enviro AC Quality is good
Opple product quality is being admired by dealers and customers
Iron quality is good and (model 2700) is demanding in market
Room to Improve
Enviro should bring innovation in products or it has to struggle 5 to 10 years like Haier &
Changhong Ruba to attract / capture the market
Water dispenser with glass Door (on tab from Cannon) is more demanding in market
Enviro water dispenser door magnet power is low
Kitchen appliances range is not complete in Enviro Rack
There should be more variety in oven
Marketing and Branding activity can boost the sales both for Enviro & OPPLE
CSD needs to be more responsive as well.
