VISION FOR SUCCESS GOALS 15 Status: Action Presented by: Brent Calvin Superintendent/President

Issue In 2017, Chancellor Eloy Oakley released the Vision for Success: Strengthening the California Community Colleges to Meet California's Needs. State law requires colleges to adopt local goals aligned with the Vision for Success. In December 2018, the District certified that the College has a process in place to set local goals aligned with the Vision. The final Vision Goals must be adopted by the governing board and submitted to the Chancellor's Office by May 31, 2019. Recommended Action It is recommended the Board approve the Vision for Success Goals as presented.
