As we know, any grown up individual attain the knowledge to teach the primary classes from I-V By introducing such institutes, will give opportunity to unemployed graduate individual to relish a guaranteed government job. But ….. ….provided when they pass out from institute after training it would be compulsory for them to teach in primary schools. Promotion will be awarded based on their performances.
Description of sustainable solution i.e. FINISHING & TRAINING INSTITUTION FOR TEACHERS
Salient features: Hard body like IITs & IIMs in every
prospect. Well defined training procedure High quality trainers for trainees Will play a major role during the policy
formation for regarding primary education.
High level training for primary teachers imposing maturity , sincerity, responsibility.
Will also offer some Standard educational programs like B.Ed. , D.Ed. etc.
Will ensure a government teaching job to every volunteer (unemployed) it train.
Will also give standard training to existing primary teachers.
Thus this institute results in production of quality teachers.
We know , INDIAN government gives so much preference to defence sector , Likewise they should give equal importance to teaching sector also preferably primary education. Because, if defence
protects India & its future
, then teachers construct
elements of INDIA’s
bright future.

FOR EXISTING TEACHERS
TOTAL FUNDING (CAPITAL) REQUIRED FOR: Organizational Capital. Logistic Capital. Technological Capital.
The institute training or teachers is visualized as 80% funding from the govt. And the rest 20% from the fee taken from the training. THE FUNDING POLICY An annual allocation of plan and non-plan
funds as per the funding policy the ministry decides upon.
Over the above point each of the institute may be given an allocation of Rs. 20 crores each year for next five years for improving upon their teaching laboratories, workshops and the associated infrastructure .
Additional grants have to be made available For research enhancement and for meeting
the institute requirement.
STANDARD TO MEASURE THE IMPACT OF THE SOLUTION: Comparison of the result between the
primary school controlled by the teachers trained in the institute and the primary school controlled by untrained teachers from the institute.
Attendance of teachers and students . On the basis of the number of appliers
for the training institute which will determine the attraction towards education sector.
IMPLEMENTATION CHALLENGES: Difficulty in integrating with govt.
infrastructure and institution. Making education and teaching
sector attractive is a tough task (efforts needed).
Persuading state govt. and parliament members is very difficult.
High capital is required.
