8& Copy the file called VR Pianos&$;1! to your S+ de4iceEs icon 2'y eitherdragging the file directly to the icon, or going to your file #enu and

choosing Copy! and To! and selecting the S+ de4ice as your

destination3&& ?hen the file has copied co#pletely to your S+ de4ice, properly eFect

the S+ de4ice and insert it in the slot la'eled TO D6VIC6! on the rear

panel of your Motif $S& "ou will see a screen #essage that says

Connecting to S+ de4iceG!&0& Press the 5I:6 'utton on the front panel of the Motif $S& se the cursor

'uttons to #o4e up to the top of the screen so that the De4ice! field is

highlighted and turns 'lue9green& If necessary, turn your Fog wheel to the

right until you see the na#e of your S+ de4ice in the field& This will

indicate that your S+ de4ice has 'een selected&=& sing the cursor down 'uttons, cursor down to the first na#ed folder in

the display and then turn the Fog wheel to further #o4e to the file called

VR Pianos&$;1!& The file na#e will highlight in 'lue9green&H& sing the cursor 'uttons, cursor down to the field #arked Type! and

#ake sure it is set to all!&)& Press S5. :O1D!& Then press the "6S! 'utton on your $S&

(& Connect a S+ CD9ROM dri4e to your Motif $SE To De4ice! slot locatedon the rear panel of the Motif $S& Power up the dri4e& "ou will see a

#essage in the $S display that reads Connecting to S+ de4iceG!&.& Insert a 'lank CD in your co#puterEs CD dri4e& Its icon should appear on

your desktop&&*& a4igate to the folder called Virtual Pianos 1:: 5ile! and dou'le9click to

open it&8& Copy the file called VR Pianos&$;1! to the CD 2'y either dragging the file

directly to the icon, or going to your file #enu and choosing Copy! and

To! and selecting the CD as your destination3&& ?hen the file has copied co#pletely to your CD, rena#e the CD to

so#ething you want 2like Motif $S stuff!3, properly eFect the it and insert it

in the CD9ROM dri4e connected to your Motif $S&0& Press the 5I:6 'utton on the front panel of the Motif $S& se the cursor

It is highly reco##ended that you load DCP9VR VIRT1: PI1O CO::6CTIO

as an 1::! type file each ti#e you power on your Motif $S& Many 4oices share

the sa#e sa#ple data, so loading in 4oices one at a ti#e can load the sa#esa#ples #ultiple ti#es, resulting in a S1MP:6 M6MOR" 5::! error
