Systems Engineer (Frankie)• As a Systems Engineer, I make a gross salary of $90,000 and more

importantly, a monthly net pay of $5,625.• Systems Engineering as whole is essentially a combination of both

the business world and engineering world.• An individual who holds this title oversees and develops certain

processes that will produce a product, and satisfy the customer.• Generally, one strives to achieve a degree in engineering, but it

also heavily recommended that management classes are taken.• In all, the most important skills needed to succeed within this

career field are the ability to think out of the box, and the skills to convey one’s ideas through words and presentations.

Expenses

• Since Frankie and I decided to split the cost of most of the accommodations to ease the burden of living.

• When tackling these expenses, we decided to to deal with our rent first.

• The rent costs in total, came out to be $3,250, but when spilt only equals $1,625

Expenses (Cont.)

• We have based our utility costs, such as gas, electricity, water, trash, and internet upon information given by the condo complex and general pricing within the San Francisco area.

• Furthermore, we had to consider our eating habits. To conserve money, it was decided we would cook most of our meals, and occasionally go out to restaurants.

• Moreover, we are not splitting personal costs such as cell phone, entertainment, health insurance, and shopping.

Car Expense

• We have decided to co-purchase a used 2011 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class SL550.

• The full price was $98,981, however we chose to pay off the car in three years total. This means our car payment is $1,489.27 per person, with a starting down payment of $1,000.

• We decided to be insured by All-State. The cost of the insurance is $166 per month or $2,030 a year.

• Are you in good hands?

Improvements

• We don’t believe much anything can be improved within this project.

• The directions were explained thoroughly and were placed in easily understandable terms.

• However, even the instructions that were not made clear, added a certain reality to this project that influenced us go above and beyond.
