International Fiscal Association (IFA) is a leading non-governmental international organization dealing with tax matters since 1938. Its members comprise of corporates, tax professionals, Government officials and academicians. It is thus a unique forum to discuss international tax issues. IFA headquartered in the Netherlands, has over 12,000 members worldwide, from 95 countries, with 46 National Branches.
IFA is engaged in the study of international laws and policy through scientific research, annual Congresses, publication of cahiers and co-operation with other like-minded organizations such as the OECD, IMF and World Bank. IFA Congresses are attended by Tax Judges of Federal Supreme Court of various jurisdictions, Senior Revenue officials, jurists, academicians, tax professionals, etc. The recommendations of IFA Congress receive the attention of global tax administration.
