Complying with Wage & Hour Regulations moderated by Bill Ford Sesco President Bill Ford will conduct this closed presentation for owners and key managers on the topic of

complying with wage and hour regulations. A recent article in Modern Tire Dealer highlighting a dealer who was

significantly fined for non compliance, has sparked questions in our industry and within the VAA. Bill will be

discussing the specific case as referenced to include the compliance issues and how this case may apply to your

organization. He will also be providing tips on how to comply with the rules and regulations. As part of our open

Roundtable format, there will be the opportunity for questions, answers and discussion, so bring your specific pay

practice questions.
