CHAPTER 1

This motion graphic shows the simplicity of Forever-

Car’s insurance renewal process. I used After Effects

and Illustrator to simulate the steps. The challenge

in this project was to deliver a completely finished

motion graphic under a time constraint of two weeks.

For this show I wrote the script, created the visual

motion projection and performed. The script narrates

my mundane daily life. I used Illustrator and After

Effects to create the graphic. The hardest part was to

make the graphic fit perfectly on the screen.


PANOREVIEWCHANEL INTERLUDE


This is the motion graphic for leading to the Panore-

view channel. For this project, I composed the song,

and then sketched ideas by listening to the song. Later

on, I used After Effects and Illustrator to create the

animatics and final animation.


SUBWAY ROUTE MAPACTIVE ROUTE MAP MOCKUP


This is a mockup of a subway’s active route map

screen. I started by researching many active route

maps in the world to see all the functions it should

have, then sketched ideas, and produced animatics to

create the final mock up in Illustrator and After effects.


MOD LA BANGCOLLEGE MUSIC VIDEO


This is a music video that was nationally broadcasted.

I was assigned to conduct the overall production from

managing and working with more than 50 people,

contacting an arranger, recording the song, directing,

editing, adding vfx, to post mastering.

VISUAL FXPARODY PROJECT

CHAPTER 2: 3D

This is a short visual effect scene for a composit-

ing class. I started by writing the script and then re-

searched on the objects that appear in the script.

Then I shot the scene and use 3ds Max to model and

animate, and finally used After Effects to composite it.

CHAPTER 2: 3D

This visual effects scene was created for my college’s

final project. I spent most of the time researching the

anatomy of the objects. Once I had enough informa-

tion, I modeled all the objects in 3ds Max and then set

the lights and environment before rendering.

CHAPTER 2: 3D

These are 3D matte-painting images of Thailand’s high

speed train. After researching about trains and finding

appropriate images, I used 3ds Max and Photoshop to

3D-model and composite the simulated images and

real images.

CHAPTER 2: 3D

This is an short 3D animation which won the first place

for my college’s contest. My friend and I decided to

join the contest because we had a passion for creating

animation. It took three months to finish this piece.

3ds Max was used as the main animation software.


SUPER SOMJAIANIMATION ADS SERIES

CHAPTER 2: 3D

This is a 3D animation for advertising SMS banking

services of Siam Commercial Bank. I worked with a

team of 4 people and very limited time. My role was

to model scenes and objects and animate texture by

using 3DsMax and MAYA.


‘L’EAVEINSTALLATION PIECE

CHAPTER 2: 3D

This is a printed installation piece which creates ana-

morphic illusion effects. As ‘Home’ was the given

concept, I employed the train image to represent the

idea of leaving home. For this project, 3ds Max was

used to model, texture and render.


SUCESSFUL FAILUREMULTIMEDIA-INTEGRATED INSTALLATION

CHAPTER 2: 3D

This is a multimedia installation piece consisting of

a paper piece and 3D motion graphic. To represent

the harmony of failure and success, I made a paper

sculpture of the word ‘fail’ and used the 3D software

to create visual motion and projected on it.

BAI KRAPROW RESTAURANT MENU DESIGN

This is a restaurant menu design project that I made

by myself. After I got the brief and selected list of

items to be photographed, I started this menu by pho-

tographing the food. Then I employed grid system to

layout the menu list by using InDesign.

CHAPTER 3: GRAPHIC DESIGN

For this digital magazine I was responsible of directing

all the visual aesthetics. First of all, I designed all the

templates, so that the client could know how the

layout would look like; then all the pages were layed

out and I finally added some interactions on them.

MARIN BIKESA RIDE-PLANNER APP

CHAPTER 4: UX DESIGN

Steer is an app that provides value added content

such as mountain biking trails, biking planner, biking

guide, and social functions. My team’s working

process included researching, surveying, sketching,

designing, user testing, and iteration.


BALLSTARLEGUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

CHAPTER 4: UX DESIGN

This is a league management feature design for Ball-

star’s app. For the project, many contextual inquiries

have been done; it led the team know the users’

needs. My outstanding roles were to direct the visual

aesthetic of the design and to create interaction.
