Project Profile of: Vinia Residences Project Location: EDSA, West Triangle, Quezon City, Philippines Developer : Filinvest Land Contractor : Archipelago Builders Project Manager: Engr. Noel Gayos General Project Details: The Vinia Residence Project is designed as a wall and slab structure, a preferable building design by Filinvest Land to develop “Buhos, Tibay” structures, a seal of quality for its clients. FASI Scope of Work : Archipelago Builders, contractor of Vinia Residences Project contracted with FASI to supply its Aluma Easy Set, an all aluminum modular panel form system for monolithic cast-in-place concrete construction. It covered the full external walls, window, ACU openings and the ledge for the ACU. It covered the staircase with nosing and casted together the angular steel step guard. All of the structural shear partition walls, Core Wall and slab were cast-in-place monolithically together with the external walls and staircase. The operation of 1 time casting also included the electrical works, boxes and plumbing imbedded in the partition walls. Archipelago only provided form oil, tools for workers and Pipe and clamps for safety rails and C-purlins with plywood for catwalk. The structures for the basement and podium were irregular and of different elevations and Archipelago utilized the use of Loose Forms and Table Forms. Aluma Easy Set was used for the Typical Floors from Level 2 to the Roof Deck.
