Disadvantages of RMC.

• Cost is high.• Traffic problem.• Problem in Transit mixer.

Precautions to be taken in RMC.

• Concrete should be transported within 30 km radius from RMC plant or within 90 min.

• Admixture tank and water tank should be provided with Transit mixer.

• Rotation of Transit mixer should not be stopped under any circumstances.
