Brighton High School has agreed to partner with ___________________________________ in a

sponsorship on this __________ day of ____________ 2013.

Brighton High School Cheerleaders agree to provide:

One (1) large cheer banner with sponsorship name or logo to be hung during the football and

basketball season. ______________ (sponsor), agrees to sponsor the Brighton High School

Cheerleading program with a donation in the amount of $ _________________________.

Nothing herein shall create the relationship of joint venture, partnership or affiliation between the parties. Brighton High School, the Basketball program, the Cheerleading program, the Football program, and the Canyons School District do not, by their approval or preparation of the banner, endorse any of the products or services of the sponsor, nor shall they be responsible in any way for or provide warranty of the contents thereof.

Please make checks payable to: Brighton High School Cheerleaders. Your donation can be mailed to Brighton High School, Attn: Jenesse Kellogg, 2220 E. Bengal Blvd, S.L.C., UT. 84121, personally delivered, or the sponsored cheerleader can pick up the contract along with the donation at your convenience and return it to the main office at Brighton High School.
