Leytonstone United Free Church

Sunday 10.45am – 12noonOur mission is the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom in Leytonstone. Our vision is to seek God’s will on how to achieve this, both through our own spiritual development and in meeting the needs of our community. Our services are in English.

LUFC are a welcoming and accepting congregation belonging to both the Baptist Union and the URC.

We are family friendly with a crèche and Junior Church groups for children and teens to explore Bible stories in age appropriate groups.

Our congregation includes friends with disabilities and special educational needs as equal members in our church family.

Our communion table is open to anyone who wishes to take the bread and wine.

Our church theology includes an emphasis on serving others and many of our members are proactive in volunteering to support local homeless work, youth projects and other charities. We believe we are called to be stewards of creation and take care of the earth.

We welcome both those with lots of questions and those with all the answers to join us in praising Jesus and serving God’s people in this community.
