What is ViewTrip White Label?

> ViewTrip White Label is a version of our web based ViewTrip product that enables agencies and their travellers to view, print and e-mail itineraries, expense receipts and electronic ticket receipts via a website. Using the White Label version of the product, agencies can brand the site which is accessed via a unique URL with their own look and feel as well as customise it to meet their individual requirements.

> In addition, agents can also access the wealth of destination content available on ViewTrip via their white-labelled version of the product as well as let their customers choose to view the Galileo elements of their itinerary in one of the 23 languages available.

What is customisable?

Agencies are able to customise the following on ViewTrip White Label:

> Display the agency logo instead of the ViewTrip logo

> Change the colours of the ViewTrip website

> Add, edit and delete promotional messages to the within the ViewTrip display e.g. Out of Office Call line, travel promotions

> Display agency details

> Modify and add links from the ViewTrip itinerary display

> Add static advertising links

> Control itinerary content displayed to the customer

Once an agency has uploaded all of their changes on the admin site, by entering their unique URL into a browser, they are able to view their customised version of the ViewTrip website which they can then direct their customers to.

How does a traveller access an agencies white labelled site?

Each agency will be provided with their own white label url which they will need to communicate to their customers once they have completed their customisation and the traveller has confirmed any bookings which have a Galileo Booking File.

How does an agency customise the ViewTrip site?

Each agency will be given a unique ViewTrip white label url. This is customised and managed via an easy to use online administration tool.

What’s the difference between the functionality of ViewTrip and ViewTrip white label?

The websites both work in exactly the same way. The only differences are determined by the agency customisation that is done – e.g. the colours, agency details and links.

What languages is ViewTrip white label be available in?

Travellers can select any of the 23 languages available. However, any static entries that the agency makes will not be translated if a traveller selects a different language. E.g. promotional messages

Can an agency choose their url?

All white label urls will be formatted in the same way and agencies can choose what their agency name will be i.e. it will follow this format: www.viewtrip.com/agencyname

Does an agency have to have Galileo pushed advertising displayed on their site?

No, agencies can opt to not have Galileo pushed advertising on their ViewTrip White Label site.
