20.Sheet Tabs - Tabs that appear at the bottom of the workbook window, that display the name of each worksheet.

21.Template - A workbook with certain labels, formulas, and formatting preset, saving you time in creating commonly used forms, such as invoices or purchase orders.

22.Workbook - An Excel file with one or more worksheets.

23.Worksheet - The work area for entering and calculating data made up of columns and rows separated by gridlines (light gray lines). Also called a spreadsheet.

Microsoft PowerPoint Terminology

24.Slide - An individual screen in a slide show.

25.Object - Any element that appears on a PowerPoint slide such as clip art, text, drawings, charts, sounds, and video clips. You can refer to a clip art object, a text object, a title object, a drawing object, etc.

26.Slide Show - A series of slides displayed in sequence. A slide show can be controlled manually or automatically.

27.Transition - A special effect used to introduce a slide during a slide show. For example, you can fade in from black, or dissolve from one slide to another.

28.Animation - Special visual and sound effects applied to text or content. For example, each line on the slide can swivel as it displays on the screen or an object can zoom in from the top of the screen to the bottom.
