For this house competition you will create a portrait of a famous character on a hardboiled egg.  You may use anything to create the decoration around your egg, but the egg must be the base.  

Each house will be assigned a category for their famous figure.

Gryffindor will work with important figures from history.

Ravenclaw will create famous mathematician.

Current Points 1556

Slytherin with imagine up influential scientists.

Current Points 1414

Hufflepuff will explore the faces of notable literary figures.

Current Points 1841

For points the egg portrait must be a complete portrait, not just a face drawn on an egg. A finished egg will be worth five points. Think about ways to create a portrait that looks like your character.

Including a background or important facts will get you ten points.

For a full fifteen points each egg will include five important facts about the character and a famous quote.  You will also include backgrounds to give more perspective to your creation.

Egg portraits will be due to Mr. Hutchinson by March 22.  You may work with partners, as long as your partner is in your same house.
